In 2012, the furniture company "Osnova-M" furnished the departments of the NTU "KhPI" library with new modern specialized furniture necessary for full-scale operation, including three reading rooms, a rare books room, and a storage area for over 2 million volumes. Among the furniture provided for these spaces are issuing departments, tables for readers, and showcases for literature. For convenient access to necessary information, a special room was designated with catalog cabinets and tables for working with card files, also manufactured by our company. The NTU "KhPI" library will utilize innovative computer technologies, so furniture for storing information on more modern media (CDs) was provided. Additionally, as part of this project, the company's furniture also equipped the library staff's workstations with functional and comfortable pieces that ensure a pleasant working environment.
